About Me
Annie is the Founder and Director of My Property Global (Australia) Pty Ltd. The company started in 2010 when Annie operated solo as an independent consultant. In 2017, My Property Global Pty Ltd was renamed My Property Global (Australia) Pty Ltd, to demonstrate a higher level of involvement in Australia.
Annie has 10 years of real estate experience in Australia both in residential and commercial properties. Her involvements span from property development funding to project planning, sales and marketing. Annie is a fully licensed real estate professional operating as an OIEC with a team of seven including four real estate agents and three support staff. Property Management Division operates under ‘MPG Rentals’ and is an integral part of the company.
Annie understands real estate in different languages as she is also a Certified Financial Planner and holds an Australian Credit License. As a business consultant and Certified Mentor with Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and Mortgage and Finance Association of Singapore (MFAS), she understands how funding plays a pivot role in purchasers’ decision-making process. With such diversities and experience acquired over two decades, she understands how her clients think, both developers and property purchasers.
Annie is fluent in English, Malay, Indonesian, Mandarin and Cantonese.
